As a fellow explorer of the world of personal, psychological and spiritual development, conversations with Ariff are often spectacularly outrageous. As a friend, these conversations are deeply valued (and really just very entertaining). Ariff will often share wild stories of his spiritual journey, and because I simply cannot help myself, I will always end up psychologising these. We usually meet in the middle by pondering the shared human experience - a space, or presence, that has very little to do with traditional New Age beliefs or psychological dogma.
When Ariff expressed a desire to make such conversations his calling, I was delighted. I have since witnessed the transformative effects of his sessions with a client* I know personally, and I would not hesitate to recommend him as a life coach.
Ariff’s approach is not for the faint of heart. His unique combination of practical strategies and personal introspection with a distinct spiritual flavour attracts those who are willing to confront internal and external obstacles with a certain level of brutal honesty, openness to experience and intellectual curiosity. And fret not if you don’t yet possess those qualities, for you may come to develop them with time in your sessions with Ariff.
In short, forget Tony Robbins. Motivational sprints are a relic of the past. Deep exploratory work is where real change occurs, and Ariff’s work is nothing short of transformative.
