Hello, I am Ariff
I am a Transformational Life-coach that uses a blend of science and spirituality to help align people with their highest truths. I live a good life, filled with love peace and general contentedness. But I started my journey from absolute zero. I hated myself, I existed in misery, and life was generally bleak. I did have a love for understanding things and a genuine curiosity for the inner workings of the human mind. Equipped with this I set off on the journey to find inner peace.
In my journey, I was blessed enough to encounter wonderful guides and teachers who showed me the path or equipped me with the tools I needed to move forward on the journey. It was a long and windy road, and it taught me many lessons on what it means to be truly content with life.
Then one day, without realizing it, I found myself guiding others through this journey. First my friends, then strangers, and now you. I do this because I love getting to know people from all walks of life. But beyond that, I do this because I wish to serve my divine purpose of healing the world, one step at a time.
Professional background
Before I became a Lifecoach & healer, i was a human skills trainer. My journey started at 2017 where I Co-Founded a startup called Tribeless. We studied empathy and created a box of cards that allowed for anyone to connect. It was brilliant, no matter how different people are from one another, you could bridge the gap using our product. From people with disabilities and strangers to family members and co workers, our product worked. Having spent over 500 hours developing and testing our product, I blessedly got to understand the perspectives of people from all walks of life.

Following Tribeless, I joined a multinational non - profit called Common Purpose (CP) They are a training company that focused on cross boundary leadership. The idea is simple, the world is getting smaller, and so its getting more and more important to work with people who are different from one another. These programmes imbue people with the means to navigate cultural and professional differences. My days in CP were some of the most formative years of my life. These were days where I learnt how to navigate the world. Where i literally had to fly to lands unknown for one week at a time and find my way to the team. Afterwards i’d spend a couple of days exploring these unknown lands, getting to know locals.

After CP I took a bit of a career break where i travelled to Sabah, I had 1 simple plan, I would climb to the peak of the tallest mountain of Malaysia, then go with the wind. What followed was a fun little adventure where i explored some local islands, with a local by elections, and taught english in a rural village. These were colourful moments in my life. I got to experience what life was like in very different places under very different circumstances.

Finally, I joined PwC as a trainer in their Future Skills Team. Parked under their training arm, the team focused on arming people with skills required to stay fit for the jobs of the future. From A.I to Empathy, the team was to design and deliver training courses to both internal and external stakeholders. I had the pleasure of working with some of the most brilliant and dedicated souls out there. All my colleagues were skilled, brilliant, supportive, and overall wonderful and pleasant people. I learnt and grew so much in my time in PwC, that by the time i left the firm, I was as sharp as i’d ever been.
Delivering an online learning initiative
My personal and professional journey are filled with serendipitous encounters. At every stage of my life, the universe has pointed me in the right direction to heal or be healed. I believe that you are reading this for a reason and I wish to discover that reason together. If you are looking for a sign, know that this is it and know that I'm excited to meet you.
